We have four beautifully appointed treatment rooms within our clinic available for casual and long term hire, and are a central choice for clinicians looking for professional room hire near Five Dock, Balmain, Rozelle, and Sydney City, and are easily accessible for those commuting from Newtown, Enmore, Annandale, Rhodes, and Parramatta.
Suitable for both consulting (psychology, psychotherapy, counselling, OT, Speech, dietitians etc.) and also where a medical table is required (paediatricians, psychiatrists, GP, physiotherapy, chiropractor etc). The vibe is warm, inviting and professional, utilising many warm lamps and plants. You will have access to a fully equipped tea room and kitchenette, fast wifi, a printer, and an easy online calendar booking system (following a meeting with the director of the clinic, Jordi Tome).

How do I gain access to Jigsaw?
Upon making a booking you will receive an email with instructions for entering the premises.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is plenty of parking in the surrounding streets, including Wrights St (2P) and Collingwood St (unmetered). Most streets in Sydney's Inner West are monitored quite heavily by parking meter attendants, so it is important to find the right spot.
Is there public transport nearby?
There are a number of buses which go down both Victoria and Lyons Rd from and around the inner west, from the city, from Parramatta and the western suburbs, and from different train stations within the area.

What are your rates?

Set day(s) per month: Between $120 and $150 for therapy rooms per day (prices vary for Doctors Room)

Casual Rental: Between $75 and $85 per 4 hour block; or between $140 and $160 per full day (plus GST).

How do I make a booking?
Please complete the booking form on this page or call or email us to visit the clinic to see the rooms and/or set up a Zoom meet and greet. You can book a room within that meeting, and you will be invited to our booking system from there. The room is only booked once payment has been received.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 48 hour cancelation policy. You can reschedule your booking or request a refund until that time.
We ask that practitioners provide 4 weeks notice for long-term booking so we can manage our waitlist.
What are your opening hours?
8am - 9pm, 7 days. See availability of each room above.
If hiring a room at Jigsaw, what do I need to provide?

What are my responsibilities as a hirer?

Ethics: While your clients are your business, we do not work alongside unethical practitioners at Jigsaw and will do what we can to avoid any arrangement which compromises the ethics of our practice

Cleanliness: We expect hirers to leave the room as they found it (e.g. empty bins; if there is a spill, vacuum/clean it up with our provided cleaning products and vacuum cleaner)

Respect: Please ensure you and your clients are respectful of other clients and clinicians, and the space in general.
