Director of the practice, Jordi Tomé, is a Clinical Psychologist from Sydney. Jordi completed his Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Jordi is an AHPRA approved supervisor of other psychologists, and conducts a variety of training to psychologists, social workers, education settings, and other support workers across NSW.
Jordi has a number of years experience in a wide variety of settings. Jordi has worked in hospital settings and special health clinics with adults, private practice with children and adults, and spent 10 years working in public service managing a team of psychologists and working with vulnerable children, adolescents, and their families and carers.
Jordi has significant experience administering psychometric assessments to all ages, including the detailed analysis, report writing, and sharing of results. These include, FASD, autism, educational, cognitive, ADHD, memory, and more broad neuropsychological assessments.
Jordi also has a strong passion for trauma-informed practice, with significant experience in a number of therapeutic modalities including, CBT, TF-CBT, EMDR, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Schema Therapy, and Attachment based therapeutic modalities, plus many more.
Jordi spends a lot of time travelling to rural communities in NSW and the NT, working with remote Aboriginal communities. Jordi is passionate about decolonising psychology for first nations communities, attempting collaborate in the process of healing.

Amarnie is a provisional psychologist and PhD researcher who strives to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients feel truly heard and supported. She is passionate about supporting people in processing trauma and experiences, recognising their strengths, developing new skills, and working toward meaningful change. She consistently exercises cultural safety and emphasises a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to assessment and treatment.
Amarnie offers evidence-based assessment and treatment tailored to the individual. She is experienced in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She also has an interest in in assessing cognitive and academic functioning, ADHD, Autism, and FASD.
Amarnie has worked with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, families, adults, and older adults, each with unique experiences and individualised goals. Amarnie brings a wealth of experience from diverse settings, including private practice, government agencies such as DCJ, and NSW Health.
Amarnie worked with the most vulnerable children, young people, and families in NSW within the out-of-home care system. Here she held a strong focus on trauma-informed formulation, treatment, and support of systems, using culturally appropriate frameworks and interventions when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, and families. Her experience extends to supporting individuals recovering from brain injuries through a special clinic with NSW Health. She has also facilitated group work for individuals with anxiety and OCD.
Amarnie's specific interests and areas of experience include, but are not limited to, the treatment of anxiety disorders such as OCD, generalised anxiety, and eating disorders; trauma treatment and trauma reprocessing (C-PTSD; PTSD); family systems work; and working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals and communities.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming. That is why Amarnie prioritises making the process as comfortable and approachable as possible. Amarnie tends to take a collaborative and client-centred approach, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs and goals.
Hongwei Jia is a dedicated Psychologist who graduated with a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS).
Originally from China, Hongwei has lived and worked in Canada and New Zealand supporting adults, teens, and children ready to move beyond 'just talking', and helping people gain insight and actionable steps for lasting change. With a number of years experience working in psychiatric wards (crisis), prisons (forensic setting), refugee services (trauma), and women's refuges (abuse), Hongwei has helped clients navigate trauma, family conflict, and emotional pain that feels stuck. Whether you're a parent worried about your child's withdrawal, a professional battling burnout, or someone repeating relationship patterns, Hongwei has a passion for uncovering why these struggles persist. Hongwei has been a client in therapy too, so he has an appreciation for what it's like being a client and what works well.
Honngwei blends evidence-based therapies—CBT, ACT, EMDR, Schema Therapy, and Psychodynamic principles—tailored to your needs. Hongwei's goal is for the client to leave each session with at least one practical skill to practice, because he believes real change happens when understanding turns into action.
Hongwei is also committed to enhancing mental health across diverse communities. Passionate about integrating evidence-based interventions with cultural practices, he is dedicated to fostering resilience and promoting well-being in all clients.
Sallee is a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar who has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults across both public and private mental health settings.
She draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches in her practice, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), narrative therapy, attachment-based therapies, and somatic therapies. She works collaboratively with clients to tailor these treatments to their own unique needs and goals, and ensures that the client’s voice, agency, and preferences are kept at the forefront of everything she does.
Sallee also has substantial experience conducting comprehensive psychometric assessments for a range of neurodevelopmental and neurocognitive presentations. She takes a thoughtful, thorough approach to assessments to ensure diagnostic clarity, and is dedicated to communicating results and recommendations in ways that are clear, practical, and empowering for clients and their families.
Before training as a Psychologist, Sallee worked extensively as a caseworker in the homelessness sector in Sydney as well as the crisis and mental health sector in New Zealand. These experiences shaped her commitment to providing care that is de-pathologising, culturally-aware, trauma-informed, and responsive to the broader systemic complexities and contexts that shape people’s lives. She places a strong emphasis on building a genuine and strong therapeutic relationship with clients and families, and knows that relational safety and trust are essential to creating meaningful engagement and change.
