Refer a patient
Information for GPs, paediatricians, and other referrers
Thank you for considering Jigsaw for your patient. We accept referrals for psychological and neuropsychological assessment, therapy for children and adults, and out-of-home care and child protection services. We respond to referrals within one business day, and our current waitlist is 2–4 weeks.
How to refer
You can refer by sending a referral letter to info@jigsawpsych.com.au, or by completing the form and we'll be in touch. For therapy referrals using Medicare, please include a Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral letter. For assessment referrals, a brief letter outlining the referral question and relevant background is helpful, though not essential.
